Hourai Junmai Daiginjo Gokuiden
This sake is so legendary that even ancient bottle shop owners keep it as self collection rather than selling it. Rich and deep with fresh mouthfeel, this Daiginjo was carefully brewed by the veteran brewer "Keiji Okada". It has a deep and thick taste, yet it is sharp.

November 2020
Keiryu Daiginjo
This sake has aromas of banana bread with cream cheese. Notes of lime zest and passion fruit. A refreshing & elegant Daiginjo, it is very expressive while being smooth and juicy. This Nagano Daiginjo was a Gold Winner 2018 at the International Wine Challenge.

Yamakawamitsuo 2020 Aki
"Mitsuo is the rodeo in the United States next to India. This is a rodeo bull riding competition, and the higher the cow bounces, the higher the score. It must be a fairly high score to make a toast on a bouncing cow. You may be able to aim for the first victory in your first appearance."

This whimsical sake is a collaboration between 4 famous sake breweries in Yamagata, Kojima Shohonten (Toko), Tatenokawa Shuzo, Otokoyama Sake Brewery & Mitobe Sake Brewery (Yamagata Masamune).

October 2020
Manotsuru Junmai Daiginjo Sado Yamadanishiki

You'll get more than what you paid for!

Every Monthly Discovery Box comes with a package; two bottles of premium Sakes, a great deal of satisfaction, and a conversation starter. An absolute choice whether you're a Sake professional looking forward to enjoy the next sip of contentment, or someone wanting to try a totally different genre of alcohol. Heck, there are times when one of the bottles are even more expensive than the original cost of the two bottles combined together. Don't say that you've not been warned.
