Bright green apple, pear, anise, banana & peach, with hints of citrus and guava. Note of minerality and creamy texture. 1801 yeast with strong aroma was used in cold long period fermentation. Long, complex finish.
Soft, complex yet easy drinking. Very sessionable. It could be matched with seafood, Italian or French cuisine and drink in any temperature
