SAKE SWEETNESS

DESCRIPTION
Using the top quality Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture, this sake is the top brew from Echizen Misaki. It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma and a soft, balanced taste. It was put into the coldest part of Hokuriku from January to February and brought together the techniques and merits of Mr. Mori. It is made using the exclusive shizuku drip method.
SOMMELIER'S NOTES
The owner/toji of this brewery was working as a brewer at the famous Kokuryu sake brewery. While their products currently have a lot in common, Echizen Misaki product tend to have a more jizake flavour.
