SAKE SWEETNESS

DESCRIPTION
The Shosei has a mild taste from rice and the Ginjo fragrance of the well-matched, delicate and sweet “Akita Sesame Yeast”. It is a beautiful expression of a sake that is light and smooth.
SOMMELIER'S NOTES
This is one of the first Ginjo-style sakes ever made! Since it is polished to 50%, it can technically be considered a Junmai Daiginjo.
