SAKE SWEETNESS

DESCRIPTION
It has a mild taste from rice. The Ginjo fragrance of the delicate and sweet “Akita Sesame Yeast” is the best match with the sweetness of sake. The light, smooth throat is the wine you want to express as “beautiful”.
SOMMELIER'S NOTES
Light & Smooth Junmai Ginjo. Polished to 50%, so technically also can be considered a Junmai Daiginjo. This is one of the first Ginjo-style sakes ever made!
