SAKE SWEETNESS

DESCRIPTION
The Olive fruit is a symbol of Kagawa. It is even used to feed Sanuki Wagyu. This sake is made with yeast isolated from Kagawa Olives. Fruitiness fills the mouth, with a refreshing and almost sour note.
SOMMELIER'S NOTES
This sake has surprisingly high umami. I prefer it less cold. Pairs well with Crab Miso, and also with Ham.
