Craftsman Tada

Tenbai has been producing shochu every year since its founding in 1898, and has been committed to producing shochu. The most distinctive feature of authentic shochu among all distilled alcoholic beverages in the world is that it is a drink to be enjoyed with meals. I was once asked by an overseas customer, "What kind of food would be good with Tenbai and how would you drink it to make them happy?" 

Of course I can tell them what food it goes well with and how I would like to drink it, but I was shocked to find that there had never been a clear product that was created with food compatibility as the main axis (goal) until now.
