DESCRIPTION
Pear drops on the nose. Lovely, vibrant honeydew melon aromas. Pure, clean fruit, very intense and expressive. Elegant with wonderfully textured and long finish.
SOMMELIER'S NOTES
Aiyama is known as a thoroughbred sake rice. Its lineage traces back to Yamadanishiki and Omachi rice, and it shows the characteristics of these 2 famous sake rice. The sake tastes great with creamy sauces.
