SOMMELIER'S NOTES
This sake has a sharp nose and forward flavor. Bouquet of fresh fruit laced with hints of mineral provides a complex nose. A rich rush of flavor unloads on first sip, with a flavor that tapers gradually. Accompanied by ripe acidity to make a complex & enjoyable drink.

A well dressed stylish grandfather
Opened the bottle in the middle #senkinomachi tonight and was well indulged. On the nose, bright notes of fruits. On the palate, refreshing with the acids and slight fizz. Totally surprised with how omachi was represented in this bottle, akin to seeing a well dressed stylish grandfather.
