Mild and clean sake with a solid body, good acidity and a a lingering finish. Yukimegami is a new sakamai used only in Yamagata, and was developed as an ideal rice to make Daiginjo-grade sakes. Recommended drunk chilled

SingaporeThis is for someone who wants a sake that is delicate and easy to drink. A sake that don't fights with whichever food you pair it with. On it's own, so smooth that someone who doesn't drink Saké might want another glass.
