Description
“Manotsuru, the Road to Gold, Daiginjo”
Celebrating the domestic nomination of Sado Island Gold Mine as a World Heritage site!
A vein of gold mine is a motif in the label.
This daiginjo with gold dust is reminiscent of the glamorous Sado gold mines of the Edo period. About 400 years ago, gold mined at the Sado gold mines was transporting along a long road from Aikawa to Ogi, and this road was called "Gold Road".
It features a dry, medium-bodied profile with dark cherry notes, aromas of steamed rice, nuts, and cereal, and a clean, mildly salty finish.
We hope you can feel the romance of those days.
