Nihonsakari Co. Ltd
Thanks to the right balance of JDG, non-pasteurization (Nama) and original yeast, this sake contains rich flavour of rice and fresh fruity aroma (Ginjo-ka). This fresh fruity aroma is generated by Nihonsakari’s original yeast.
This is a very surprising sake with fresh tropical aromas with a hint of Persimmon. Due to a high tech enzyme filter, it can be kept at room temperature without spoilage. Excellent value for money. Previously Known as "Nihonsakari Junmai Daiginjo Namazake".

But this time a 纯米大吟酿. Nama 生酒meaning not pasteurized. I must say that Nihonsakari has a great selection of Namazake. This has a strong fruity aroma consisting of lychee and which balances the light body. With a medium taste and length, this is really well balanced and easy for beginners that are new to namazake. With a refreshing and medium dry sweetness, this will go well with and seafood dishes. I paired it with home cooked medium tenderloin and stir fried vegetables and it elevated the flavor of the food especially the . Overall this is a very good .
