Today's (early) libation is sake from Yamagata prefecture's Dewazakura_sake, in particular, the Dewazakura Tsuyahime junmai ginjo made using Tsuyahime, a table rice rather sake rice. We're loving its fruity melon and pear fragrance, and a robust medium-sweet richness on the palate with just a slight tinge of citric acidity to balance things out. We'll be revisiting this one very soon.
