Kiminoi Junmai Yamahai (U.P. $53):
Brewed with the traditional Yamahai process which gives complex and multi-layered flavours and aromas.

Rich, deep and mellow with good acidity. Pairs well with grilled seafood, miso marinated cod, teriyaki chicken, yakitori & tempura.
Kiminoi Junmai Daiginjo Yamahai (U.P. $132):

A soft and intuitive nose of stone fruit, rainfall, mineral and straw. The Yamahai method gently infuses this brew with notes of cedar and a playful gaminess. Elegant and soft on the palette, a clean finish with a soft umami.

This sake have something for everyone. Good floral aromas, good complex flavours and finish. Also great drunk warm.

How to Subscribe?

This is a Recurring 3-month subscription where you will receive a different discovery box every Second Friday of every month (subject to shipment delay/changes)
At $378, you will receive 2 bottles each month, specially picked out by our team:
- x01 Premium Daiginjo /Junmai Daiginjo &
- x01 Premium Sake (Junmai grade and up)
The cut-off date for that month’s sake is on the 10th
Any orders after the cut off date will start next month. E.g. Any orders placed after 10th Feb will be considered as purchase for March, April & May’s Discovery Box
The Billing Cycle is every 3 months on the 1st
- Billing Scenario A: Subscribe on the 27th August = Receive September, October & November Box. Next billing is 1st December = Receive December, November & January Box
- Billing Scenario B: Subscribe on 5th September (before cut-off) = Receive September, October & November Box. Next billing is 1st December = Receive December, January & February Box
If there is a cancellation within the 3 months, no refund will be given. We will still send the remaining boxes until your subscription ends. E.g. Ordered on 27th August = Receives September Box. Cancel in October = We will still send for October & November
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account. The promotional price will be valid till the end of your subscription. Any new subscriptions made thereafter will be subjected to the price stated on our website

Review of 3 months gift discovery box

Very good experience overall, the sake selection was varied and well received, and it was interesting to have the opportunity to try new types of sake that you may not otherwise have purchased. One point to consider may be to include short write ups on the sake selection that is provided (background on sake and tasting notes) so that the overall experience is enhanced with more understanding of the sake.
