"On a night like this..." limited edition series 3/5. Brewed using the "Miyamanishiki" grown in Nagano. 7 days after pressing this sake, it was heated and immediately chilled. It then went through aging at low temprature for 1-2 years, resulting in a mild and pleasant mouthfeel.
The driest and most easy-drinking sake of the series. Aroma of banana, steamed rice and citrus peel. Easy drinking, surprisingly rich with a fine balance of acidity and umami.
Great with fried chicken or dishes with black pepper sauce.
