DESCRIPTION

"On a night like this..." limited edition series 2/5. Brewed using the "Miyamanishiki" grown in Nagano, this Junmai Ginjo is floral and elegant, with a good balance.

SOMMELIER'S NOTES

Rich sake with hints of pear and apple. It has some flavours of umami and sea salt on the palate, and has a refreshing finish. It uses Nagano D Yeast with classic Nagano sakamai. Goes especially well with grilled fish and skewer-food.

Delicate seafood such as shrimp, squid and shellfish, Salt-grilled or grilled lightly-dried fish with white flesh, and Soba miso.
