1. Homare Junmai Daiginjo Kiwami (U.P. $80): Exquisite sake made for everyday enjoyment. With an astonishingly full-bodied, fragrant palate despite its refreshingly gentle and crisp mouthfeel, the complex, pear and apple notes offered by this classic sake are a delight to savour at almost every occasion. Best enjoyed chilled with sashimi, tender chicken or smoked dishes.

Tsuki no Katsura Junmai Ginjo Branché (U.P. $85): Developed with the aim of creating a fruity, refreshing and easy-to-drink flavour for the European market and those who are trying sake for the first time. By using the latest Kyoto yeast "Kyo no Koi", which was put into practical use in the fall of 2019, it has a mellow fruity scent like pear, while expressing a refreshing and distinct acidity. It is a sake with a new flavour that goes well with dishes and cheeses that use herbs and olive oil.
