Melon, cream cheese and strawberries on the nose. Silky texture, mineral and crisp from the mid palate onwards. Tight structure, gentle savoriness.
SOMMELIER'S NOTES
This is a Junmai Ginjo made using handcraft techniques. This gives it a more artisanal appeal. Also good drunk warm.
