Description
This is a special bottling made to celebrate the 50th year of the brew master brewing sake. It is unpasteurised in tank before bottling to allowing the sake to develop complex flavours.
Aroma of broth, herbs and winter melon, rock melon and creamy richness. Reminds you of a walk into a field after a rain.
