It blends traditional Japanese brewing methods with Citra hops, creating a citrus fruit structure while retaining sake's essence. The result is a fresh, bittersweet, and sweet flavour profile, with a fragrant citrus finish. Brewed with standard yellow koji and Niigata G9 yeast at low temperatures, this unfiltered sake has a light pink (purple) hue from hop polyphenols.

The name "Hoppe" combines HOP SAKE and the playful image of a fox, symbolizing the unique fusion of beer hops and sake.
