Quality sake rice, “Gohyaku-Mangoku”, is charged with the natural spring water in Mt Suganatake of Niigata, nurturing a smooth sake that is excellent with food! It has a rich and mellow flavour that finishes smooth and refreshing. Recommended drunk warm.
An excellent example of a classic Niigata Junmai-shu; Rich, Clean and Dry. This sake was once featured as the Sake on board Singapore Airlines Business Class.

its a slightly dry sake that can be drank cold or warm. Personally, I feel that if goes well with hot food like ramen or oden.

This is a classic Imayotsukasa, very nice sake for it's price. Always a keeper in my sake stash!

Sorry I'm not well versed in sake tasting. But I enjoyed the light, not too over-powering taste. The price was very reasonable as well. Would get it again.
