Sake is dry with a full body and long finish

Clear. Slight yellowish tint. Nose: Nutmeg, banana, custard, yoghurt, and some slight vanilla. Palate: Nutmeg, banana, custard, yoghurt, some slight vanilla, and roasted nuts. Body: Medium (+). Alcohol: Medium. Umami: Medium (-). Acidity: Medium. Personal opinion: Clear sake with some slight yellowish tint. High viscosity. Ginjo-ka is definitely present, with aroma of medium intensity and complexity. Sake is dry with a full body and long finish.
