About the Grand Prize, Imayotsukasa Gold Koi Nishikigoi (worth $738)

1. It's super exclusive, only 84 bottles produced this year, worldwide
2. We only managed to get our hands on 12 bottles, one of which we are using for this event
3. The pottery bottle is dunked in pure gold
4. The box which holds the bottle is made of handcrafted Paulownia wood
5. The characteristics of the sake are kept secret, reserved for those privileged to taste it

Echizen Misaki Aged Daiginjo Fufu ($289)

1. This a limited edition sake, only 500 bottles are every year
2. A special aged sake aged for more than 3 years in cold temperature
3. Comes in a beautiful lacquer box 

Toko Junmai Daiginjo Fukuro-tsuri Juuhachi ($268)

1. Made with Yukimegami rice (Yamagata rice grown specifically for premium sake) polished down to only 18%
2. Filtered using the drip-sake method (Shizuku)
3. The sake comes in a beautiful wooden box making it a great gift and display
4. Currently Toko's most premium sake
