Meticulously crafted by Aizu Toji (master brewer), Ichiro Nakajima, using the king of sake-brewing rice 'Yamada Nishiki' polished to an extravagant 39% ratio.

This masterpiece has a refreshing and elegant aroma, along with a refined, well-balanced flavor that entices the palate for the next cup.

2. Homare Junmai Ginjo Karahashi White Label (U.P. $69): 

The sake has a soft and gentle mouthfeel, with a subtle yet refreshing sweetness, and a well-defined umami flavour that emerges afterward. Despite being medium-dry, it retains a mild and pleasant sweetness.
