This Daiginjo is made with Yamadanishiki rice that is carefully polished to 48%, and made by long-term low-tempeprature fermentation for 30 days. Can be enjoyed at room temperature or chilled.
This sake has a sweet and delicate aroma reminiscent of apples and a refreshing and gentle taste.
