Gentle aroma of tropica fruits and moderate acidity gives the sake a pleasant contour. Clear, hard-edged flavour that is hard to believe it's a 80% polish sake. Good pairing with food. 

In order to permanently improve the quality, the brewery is constantly making improvements to each batch. Therefore the taste of each batch is different and the same product will never be made again. This is the commemorative first brewing of Lagoon Brewery. Only 110 bottles made.
