Brewed in Niigata, Japan, Naeba Brewery is one of the oldest family owned breweries. Using pure snowmelt water and highly milled sake rice, this sake is dry, rich, balanced and crisp. The sake bottle is made to attract attention.
|Rice Type||Gohyaku mangoku|
Very clean, light and dry. It can be drunk on its own in a wine glass, or using to make cocktails. It is a modern take on a age-old classic.

Cos the bottle is too nice and the reviews is great.
rich flavours, depth, and complexity. The bottle design is definitely a treat!
Appearance: Clear, pale, lemon-green appearance with slight watery legs observed. Nose: Sake has clean nose, with medium (+) intensity in aroma, in notes of ginjo (apple, pear, banana), fruity/floral (white flowers), and others (wood-shavings, chickpeas, mild lemon-barley). Palate: Sake is off-dry, with medium (+) umami and acidity, medium level of perceived alcohol, light body with simple texture and medium flavour intensity in notes of ginjo (apple, pear, banana), fruity/floral (white flowers), and others (wood-shavings, chickpeas, mild lemon-barley). Sake has a medium finish length which fades off with the bitterness of white flowers and wood-shaving notes. Conclusion: Pronounced junmai characteristic with rich flavours, depth, and complexity. The bottle design is definitely a treat!
