To mark their 150th anniversary, Ayu Masamune introduces its "Junmai Daiginjo Ayu". This is their highest quality sake. This sake is carefully brewed with spring water from inside the brewery, a blessing from the snow.
 
The umami and sweetness born from Yamada Nishiki rice. This high-class Junmai Daiginjo sake is made from Yamadanishiki rice, polished to 40%. It has a gorgeous, elegant aroma and a soft mouthfeel. It is characterized by a gorgeous and elegant fruity aroma and a light yet soft and full-bodied flavor.

The presentation box has a flowing design with a black base and light blue tones that evoke the image of a clear stream. It's very pretty! It also makes a great gift.
