Crafted in Toyonaga Brewery's own fields, this limited shochu production is crafted with the utmost care starting from planting rice to daily weeding and harvesting. It's unfiltered, rich and flavourful, retaining its umami components for a cloudy appearance. 

Enjoy its distinctive aroma and smooth finish. Drinking it on the rocks brings out the sweetness.
