Imayo Tsukasa sake brewery is located in Niigata. Its rich and historic beginning dates back to the Edo period when it first started as an inn and sake shop. They became a fully fledged sake brewery in the middle of Meiji era.

The long standing history throughout time is a testament to the craftmanship dedicated to producing timeless sakes for us to share with fellow sake enthusiasts.
