Description
The "LED Dream Yeast" used in the brewing is a kind of yeast that mutates by irradiating with various LED lights, and it is a rare species only used in sake breweries in Tokushima Prefecture.
High acidity and a sweet aftertaste, reminiscent of tropical fruits like pineapple. At the same time, the well-balanced aroma is reminiscent of white wine and citrus fruits.
