Description
This sake uses wine yeast and has high acidity, a light body and is not too sweet. It's made using a rare mochi rice called "ichi no ichi" from Kyoto Prefecture and pairs perfectly well with aromatic cheeses and meaty dishes with strong flavours such as spare ribs.
