Brewed using Kamishirasawa subterranean water, a natural spring from the Northern Alps, as the brewing water.

It features the rich umami, depth, and full-bodied character distinctive to Omachi rice, complemented by generous, rounded flavours. A lush melon-like aroma and flavour unfold beautifully on the palate.
