Brewed with pure spring water from the Northern Japanese Alps, this is a secret recipe passed down since ancient times. Made from high-quality sake rice polished to 45% and it is truly a "vision within a vision," with a gorgeous aroma and light flavour.

The sparkling gold label and jet-black bottle make it a striking presence on any table or shelf. Keep it stored in a cool, dark place and best recommended to served chilled (around 10°C / “Suzuhie” style).
