A sake crafted as a tribute to the beloved french rose macarons.

Brewed with rose, lychee and raspberry, this sake opens with delicate notes of red berries and rose. Its a real ode to gourmandise, developed by one of the Wakaze collaborators who wanted to imagine a sake that would pair perfectly with French pastries and macaroons. It has a floral tangy mouthfeel and can pairs with red fruit desserts or  chocolate.
