Description
Imanishiki only uses Nagano Sake Rice. Nenrin S is based on the concept of using the best sake rice and brewing techniques and aims to challenge the steadily evolving sake production every single year to make even better sake.
Nenrin S using Top Grade Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture polished to 35%. It is well balanced, juicy with good umami.
Juicy, well balanced with good amounts of umami. Layered flavours of pomegranate, sapodilla, orange jelly, dulce de leche and camomile.
