Gentle and smooth

Soft creaminess, floral, good level of acidity that is not too sharp but gives the Saké enough lift at the end but keeping it gentle and smooth.

Top Notch without the pricey price tag

The aromas hit you as you open the bottle. Lots of melon and maybe not so subtle Yuzu, the crisp clean finish is what capped this wonderful journey. At this price point, I’d say, fastest finger wins!
