Description

Thanks to the right balance of JDG, non-pasteurization (Nama) and original yeast, this sake contains rich flavour of rice and fresh fruity aroma (Ginjo-ka). This fresh fruity aroma is generated by Nihonsakari’s original yeast.

This is a very surprising sake with fresh tropical aromas with a hint of Persimmon. Due to a high tech enzyme filter, it can be kept at room temperature without spoilage. Excellent value for money. Previously Known as "Nihonsakari Junmai Daiginjo Namazake".

Great experience

Item was great, but the pick-up experience was beyond my expectations. Friendly staff gave me a tour of the warehouse and the extensive sake options available. Will be back to browse and purchase in person!

Close to top at it’s level

Pleasantly sweet and fruity. Lacks aroma and complexity compared to more accomplished options. Still, very good –though not the greatest– at this price point.
