Brewed with Miyama Nishiki rice from Nakagawa Village, offering a rich and juicy flavor distinct from the variety’s typical light and dry profile. Its charm lies in its deep, evolving sweetness and flavor, reflecting the vibrant character of the countryside-grown rice. Enjoy its gradually spreading richness with every sip.

It's balanced acidity and umami allows it to pairs well with a variety of food and dishes.
Enjoy chilled but also be heated to nuru-kan (around 45 degrees celcius).

The purest Yuzu juice is mixed with a 75% polished Junmai sake base to create the cleanest and freshest of flavours. It is light enough to be enjoyed chilled on its own without diluting, and gives the impression that the fruit was just squeezed yesterday!
