Senjo Sake Brewery, based in Nagano, Japan, has been producing sake since its founding in 1866. Known for its high-quality sakes, the brewery emphasizes the connection between sake, local ingredients, and traditional craftsmanship.

They use pure water from the Japanese Alps and select premium rice, which reflects the region’s terroir.

For $58, you will have exclusive access to join a physical 1 hour sake appreciation session and sample 7 sakes on Thursday, 13th March 2025, 7:30pm.
