Junmai Daiginjo with an elegant flow that has a gentle yet delicious taste of rice and sweet spice like anise. It is dry yet flavourful, with a pleasant mineral finish.

This is a unusual junmai daiginjo, more dry than you might expect from a sake from Ehime, which usually has a mild sweetness.
