This has a mellow body similar to wine that speaks to the skill of the artisan sake maker. The fruity, refreshing acidity and a smooth fullness envelops the palate to give this pure rice sake a sophisticated flavour.

This brewery was the first to brew nigorizake, the most well-known of its kind. Recommended with Hot Pot and Sukiyaki.
