Description
Ochial Akae is a rich, purple sweet potato (Murasaki Masari) imo shochu from Ochiai Distillery in Miyazaki.
Distilled in a single pot with white koji, aged 2 years in enamel tanks, and lightly filtered by hand, it features lush tropical fruit notes, red vines and mango taffy sweetness with an earthy sweet potato skin finish.
Bold, aromatic, and perfect neat, on the rocks, or with warm water.
