Kanadel Junmai Ginjo Kimoto "Largamente" is a premium Junmai Ginjo from Gakkogura (School Brewery), operated by Obata Shuzo on Sado Island, Niigata. The name "Largamente" is a musical term meaning "broadly" or "with grandeur," reflecting the sake's expansive and layered flavour profile.

It is brewed using the traditional Kimoto method, resulting in greater depth, structure, and umami than a typical Junmai Ginjo.
