Brewed in Niigata, Japan, Naeba Brewery is one of the oldest family owned breweries. Using pure snowmelt water and highly milled sake rice, this sake is dry, rich, balanced and crisp. The sake bottle is made to attract attention.
In Japanese mythology, Inari Okami is the god of saké, rice, swordsmiths and foxes. The logo shows Inari’s foxes with rice fields at their feet and snow falling overhead, guarding the Torii gates through which only the purest spirits may pass. Four Fox Saké represents the ultimate in purity and perfection.
Very clean, light and dry. It can be drunk on its own in a wine glass, or using to make cocktails. It is a modern take on a age-old classic.
There's a switch at the bottom of the bottle to turn the light on.
