Description
This unique offering offers a distinct nose of honeydew, freshly cut grass, rainwater with hints of light aromatic spice. High umami on the palette with a flowing texture, well-defined structure and a tinge of astringency on the finish.
One of the most well-balanced Ultra-dry sake on the market. With an SMV of +14, it is one of the driest sakes in Japan. The cool, all-black bottle is very unique.
