Which faction are you, Junmai Daiginjo or Daiginjo?

The Daiginjo Strikes back, with the help of distilled alcohol, to extract out more complexity and flavours than a junmai daiginjo. Even though distilled alcohol is added during the process, the sake is still watered down afterwards after the alcohol served its purpose.

This is T-shirt series 2/9 designs by The Art Of Sake, as a parody of Star Wars's "The Empire Strikes back" !
