Description

Packed in a beautiful wooden box, this Shizuku sake has a powerful and pristine aromas of soft melon, pear, hints of green grass. It is big and juicy on the palate with a velvety texture and soft umami. Finishes deep, long and elegant.

A excellent example of a high end, highly polished yamadanishiki Junmai Daiginjo. Big fruity aromas, juicy flavours reminds me of another famous sake, Juyondai's Nakadori Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki.
