Description

Brown sugar shochu is only permitted to be made in the Amami Islands, the only place in Japan where it is permitted to be made. With the desire to make shochu more casual, "ISLAND" has been adjusted to an alcohol content of 40% so that it can be widely used as a cocktail base.

The sweetness of brown sugar and the umami of rice koji are utilized to enjoy a richer cocktail. Greatly Recommended with coke!
