Description
This sake is brewed using Ehime Sakurahime Yeast Type 1 Tropical, derived from Ehime Prefecture's original flowers. It features a fruity aroma with moderate sweetness and refreshing acidity, complemented by a slightly translucent white appearance.
The scent includes notes of cotton candy, apple, pear, and sakura mochi, while the flavor mirrors these aromas with added hints of ripe pineapple, mango, and candied chestnut. It has a fresh, juicy palate, soft creaminess, and an elegant finish. The bottle and carton are inspired by the blooming Sakura Hime flower.
