November's Sake Discovery Bundle features a new series from Homare sake brewery which highlights Kitakata's unique terroir with beautifully crafted sakes that showcase delicate fruit aromas, a smooth finish, and the pure, refreshing character of the region.
Selection: 

1. Homare Kitakata Terroir I Junmai Ginjo (U.P. $68): It has a light gassiness and a neat mouthfeel reminiscent of pears, grape fruits, and white grapes. The refreshing, fresh sweetness combines with the gorgeousness typical of Yamadanishiki, and the body is full and the mineral content is also very satisfying.
    
   
2. Homare Kitakata Terroir IV Junmai Daiginjo (U.P. $84): 

   This sake features a gorgeous ginjo aroma reminiscent of kiwi and strawberry. It has an exceptional freshness and an exquisitely elegant body. The moderate spiciness that comes later brings the flavour together beautifully.
